How does “Pay at Close” actually work?
We fund and manage your entire renovation. You sign an agreement, we do the work, and you repay us from the sale proceeds at closing. No interest, no hidden fees. If your home doesn’t sell, we work with you on a solution.
What types of renovations do you recommend before selling?
It depends on your home and market. Kitchens and bathrooms tend to make the biggest impact for most sellers. We also frequently do flooring, painting, basements, and full cosmetic refreshes. We’ll tell you what’s worth doing and what’s not.
How long does a pre-sale renovation take?
Most projects run 4-8 weeks depending on scope. A bathroom refresh can be done in 2-3 weeks. A full kitchen or whole-home renovation may take 8-12 weeks. We give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do I need a real estate agent to use this program?
No. We work with homeowners directly and also partner with real estate agents. If you have an agent, we’ll coordinate with them. If you don’t, we can still help you renovate and connect you with trusted agents in our network.
