For most projects you can stay in the home. You’ll be without a functional kitchen for most of the build, so some clients arrange temporary solutions. For full gut renovations, we’ll discuss what makes sense for your situation during the estimate phase.
Yes. All permitting across Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William County, Loudoun County, Montgomery County MD, and Washington DC is handled by our team. Permit costs are included in your estimate.
